With our April show run in the rearview mirror, CM Event Solutions has much to celebrate. We’ve put a wrap on four conferences in the month of April, including a concurrent virtual conference, showcasing once again our ability to successfully support multiple clients concurrently. Our clients’ successes are our biggest wins, and we couldn’t be happier with the end results of just a few short weeks ago. With nearly our entire team on the road (and in the air!) during the second week of April, CM was all-hands-on-deck to make our clients’ dreams a reality.
We had the extreme pleasure of working with two new healthcare associations this past year, implementing new procedures, assisting in cost saving measures, and finally collaborating onsite in Indianapolis and Montreal, Canada. There is something incredibly energizing about watching the empty meeting space transform overnight into a conference and tradeshow, ready to welcome over 1,000 people. The excitement was buzzing off the walls; the energy throughout the week charged through the hotels as attendees reunited with one another after a year apart.
We introduced new wellness events onsite, including an attendee art creation room and a daycare facility. Our motto of “doing whatever it takes” to get the job done was realized time and time again as we took these events across the finish line. Our very own, Steve Ellis, turned into a handyman in Oakland, CA, building everything from stage chairs to highchairs for the daycare, and did it with a smile and a bit of dad jokes!
The month of April was filled with early morning flights, many cups of coffee, freight-sorting and long hours. April also included many laughs, client smiles, and hugs from attendees who become friends throughout the years. We are forever grateful for the relationships fostered throughout the conference cycle, with our client's hotel partners and our vendor partners. Event planning takes a village and CM Event Solutions has the best one around!
